Donna has been a personal trainer at Limbo Gym for 6 years, whilst also running her own Hair and Beauty business.

She has competed in body building competitions in 2006 and 2008 and have assisted in prepping clients to do the same.

I’m 54, and have been strength training consistently for 25 years.

– Nearly 4 years of Hypertrophy/Strength training experience and almost 2 years of
– Personal Training specializing in Building muscle (Hypertrophy) and General health and wellbeing (All round training)
